MENG Analysis performed a third-party building systems analysis and review of Buildings 2 & 3 at the OPUS Center at Union Station. These are owner-operated, class A buildings with a 40-year life expectancy. The review focused on the quality of the overall building, construction, and issues which might affect maintenance and operation, both in the short- and long-term.
