PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MENG Analysis worked with the King County Department of Executive Services to complete a facility condition assessment and implement an asset management program. 

​

Project tasks included:

​​

• Review and comment on the existing Major Maintenance Reserve (MMR) program methodologies

• Provide updated data management and financial analysis method tools

• Survey the physical conditions of building systems and components of 26 County-owned facilities maintained by the Department of Executive Services

 

The 26 facilities include:

​

• Six public health centers

• Four police precincts

• Three district courts

• Five buildings at the Courthouse Complex, including the KCCF Jail Facility

• Two regional justice centers (Courthouse and Detention Buildings

• Two youth service & detention centers

• Four additional buildings
