This $500,000,000 project was for the largest shopping and entertainment center in Saudi Arabia. The project was designed by an international team including Saudi, American, and Canadian firms. In addition to the signature retail core, the project includes food courts and food service, and a large family entertainment center.

The value analysis study encompassed basic facility and site infrastructure, project planning, structural alternatives, and architectural and graphic imagery .
