PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Seattle Fire Station #11 Renovation project included cost estimating for a remodel and building addition. The existing 5,754 sf building work includes a 500 sf addition, upgrades to the bunk room gear storage, EMS storage, de-contamination areas, and an exterior door and window work for kitchen remodel. Site work included re-route of sewer and storm drain systems, new site paving, and protecting in-place site retaining structures.
