PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The City of Olympia commissioned MENG Analysis to conduct facility condition assessments (FCAs) of 17 sites including 22 buildings. The 2013 FCA by MENG Analysis builds on the 2008 FCA by adding four sites: 1) the new Hands on Children’s Museum (HOCM), the new Fire Station 04 (FS04), the new Fire Training Center (FTC), and the aging Olympia Police Department Firing Range (OPD Range). Each site includes one “site infrastructure facility” and one “building facility”, except the FTC which includes three buildings and the Maintenance Center (MC) site which includes four buildings.
