PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The City of Redmond commissioned MENG Analysis to assess 26 buildings across 14 sites. The report and its supporting data are used as a tool by the city to make facility preservation decisions and determine requirements for effective major maintenance planning. The study also identified recommendations for energy conservation upgrades and features. MENG Analysis provided the City of Redmond with a working copy of the Microsoft Access-based FCA database populated with all data from the facility inventory, field surveys, and cost models.
