Clover Park School District engaged MENG Analysis to conduct a District-wide FCA. The report includes the detailed findings quantifying the District’s extensive backlog of maintenance. The findings were used as the basis of planning for a facilities advising committee which has been working to reduce maintenance and operations costs of the District and better serve the student population by combining and upgrading educational facilities. MENG Analysis provided 5-year and 20-year cost summaries to allow the District to plan for future renovations and replacements. Facilities assessed include 18 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools, stadiums, gyms, portables, and vehicle maintenance facilities.
