MENG Analysis helped the City of Lynnwood conduct its first comprehensive FCA. The purposes of the FCA was to develop a program of proactive operations and maintenance (O&M) practices as well as supporting presentations to City Council regarding O&M budget and maintenance reserve requirements.

MENG Analysis organized the work in three phases: preparation, surveys, and reporting. Scope of work tasks were comprised of FCA surveys, preventive maintenance assessment, energy analysis, and infrared thermography. The FCA comprised 111,473 SF and included the administration building, City Hall, two maintenance buildings, two fire stations, the city library, and the civic justice center and jail.
