7. Functional Performance Testing (FPT),

9. Cx Report, and

10. Post Occupancy.

Lakewood High School commissioned MEP systems include rooftop heat recovery AHUs, MAU, VAV TUs with electric reheat, exhaust fans, dust collector, DHW heaters, green house HVAC, sump pumps, ductless split A/C, boilers, building air barrier system, ceiling fans, DDC with occupancy and CO2 sensors, automatic lighting controls, electrical panels and sub-metering.
