PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MENG Analysis performed a constructability review for Tacoma Community College’s new addition. The addition now provides a gymnasium/event center, instructional classrooms, offices, student study/social areas, concessions/health café, training & laundry rooms, and restrooms. The gymnasium/event center space accommodates a seating capacity of 3,000 for TCC’s annual commencement ceremonies. The renovation also included an expanded fitness center into adjacent existing space, creating a “welcome center” check-in/information desk, converting existing space into a student lounge, and upgrading the locker and team rooms.  ​
