PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Snowy Owl Theater Commissioning project spanned over an eight month period. Over this period of time the MENG Analysis team was able to identify 25 specific performance deficiencies. The commissioning services for this project included HVAC, domestic hot water, fire alarms, metering, and lighting. By addressing the performance deficiencies found during the commissioning process, the result was better energy performance, an increase in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), and better occupant comfort.

Icicle Creeks’ project scope for Snowy Owl Theater was to build a new building on the property directly located adjacent to the Sleeping Lady cabins. The site remained occupied throughout the entire construction period. The building is a new two story building totaling approximately 11,300 square feet.
