King County Correctional Facility Integrated Security & Jail Health Remodel

Constructability Review conducted at approximately 80% completion of construction documents.  The King County Correctional Facility is a high-rise (13 story) structure of approximately 385,000 GSF located in downtown Seattle.  The facility is connected to the King County Courthouse via a sky bridge.  The general scope of the Integrated Security and Jail Health Remodel Project includes replacing and upgrading the existing security electronic systems, remodeling the existing Jail Health Services floors, integrating security electronics with the County Courthouse, site CCTV improvements, and modernization of the facility's elevator control system.
