Job Description: MENG Analysis is a Pacific Northwest based research firm headquartered in Seattle, WA. We are currently looking for a Value Management Project Manager to support our services.
Responsibilities: The Value Management Project Manager is responsible for providing value analysis, constructability review, cost estimating, commissioning, and facility condition assessment services in the engineering and architectural industry by gathering and organizing information on problems or procedures, analyzing data gathered through value management standards, developing solutions or alternative methods of proceeding, and conferring with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. The Value Management Project Manager is also responsible for carrying out consultant recruitment, selection, and contract management; project budget development, management for overhead and profitability; facility condition assessments during site evaluations; estimating quantities and costs for facility system deficiencies; developing new market opportunities; supporting the marketing and promotion of the company as an industry leader in Quality and Cost Performance services; project preparation, budgeting, meeting with clients, and presentations; and developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Cost Estimator
Job Description
Will provide estimates for SD, DD, and CD for all
CSI divisions, as well as conceptual estimates. Estimates will be provided
for a variety of project types. Will participate in Value Analysis and
Constructability Review studies.
Qualifications:
7+ years of cost estimating experience with a
general contractor background is required. Experience with institutional and
educational projects is beneficial and QA/QC expertise is preferred. Working
knowledge of Uniformat. Experience with constructability reviews, RFI
management, CO negotiation, and bid experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
A. Full development of SD, DD CD estimates for all CSI divisions.
B. Conceptual estimating
C. Cost data development/research
D. On the fly order of magnitude estimating
E. Estimating services for a variety of projects
F. Participation on VA and CR studies

experienced Architect to support and lead our services.
Qualified individuals must have 10+ years of post-grad experience and possess excellent communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams. Diverse experience from planning, design, and technical detail in a variety of project types is preferred, especially educational and institutional facilities. High level of experience with code, detailing, specifications and building envelope systems is also desirable. Experience with the formal value engineering methodology is a definite plus.
